Susan Roszell, president and founder of Hei Fit Corporation Started her fitness career as a Zumba Instructor in August 2015. After witnessing the rewarding results of teaching Zumba “party-style” classes from her participants, Susan became passionate about health and fitness. Inspired that she can make a difference and to reach more people, Susan decided to advance her fitness career by getting certified as a fitness professional with Alberta Fitness Leadership Certification Association (AFLCA).
Susan is knowledgeable in conducting classes that are safe, effective and fun for her participants. She is also honored to give back to her community by engaging in various charity events, volunteering in different non-profit organizations in Calgary, and donating to charity organizations in Canada and abroad.
Judy Cudrak holds Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Management degrees from the University of Lethbridge, and is an AFLCA Master Trainer in Aquatic Exercise, Group Exercise and Resistance Training. Judy is the YMCA representative on the AFLCA Board of Directors, and continues to provide guidance and mentorship to YMCA Trainers through her YMCA Training Educator role on behalf of YMCA Canada. Judy travels internationally as a Keiser National Trainer, supporting the education component of the Keiser M3 Bike. She is also certified as a Stott Pilates instructor, a Fusion instructor, a Level 1 Ashtanga yoga instructor, a TRX instructor, and a 200 hour Iyengar yoga instructor.
Judy has been an innovative and energetic land and water fitness instructor for over 33 years, and enjoys teaching at various fitness facilities throughout the city. She has trained numerous exercise leaders and trainers through courses, workshops and presentations, and brings her passion and love for fitness to every class and course she teaches.
Jaimee is a Vancouverite, relatively new to the Calgary area. She is a yoga and fitness instructor qualified with both AFLCA and BCRPA, and holds a Bachelor of Recreational Management from Langara College, Sport Science Diploma from Douglas College, and is an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance (ERYT-200). Jaimee has performed various management roles in differentrecreation and fitness facilities; also experienced in designing and teaching programs for children and youth. When she is not teaching, she is exploring Calgary with one charming little boy – her son, Van.
