Zumba Gold is a modified Zumba class for active older adults that recreates the original moves you love at a lower-intensity. How It Works. The design of the class introduces easy-to-follow Zumba choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination.

MOC Barre

Barre is a challenging, body altering experience that reshapes your body entirely. Our program focuses on core conditioning fusing elements of ballet, yoga, Pilates, strength training, and orthopedic stretching into one powerful, body sculpting routine giving you long, lean muscles, a flatter stomach, toned legs, and a high, rounded seat.

Cardio Kick-Boxing

This a group fitness class that Combines martial arts techniques with fast-paced cardio. This high-energy workout challenges the beginner and elite athlete alike. Build stamina, improve coordination and flexibility, and burn calories as you build lean muscle with this fun and challenging workout.

Gentle Fitness

Slow-paced and moderate paced low-impact exercise classes that can be performed sitting down or standing up position, or combination of both. It focuses on increasing aerobic endurance, muscle strength, balance and mobility. Portable equipments like bender ball, light weights and resistance bands are used in the class

Zumba Glow

Aqua Zumba

Aqua Zumba, the get fit pool party. Aqua Zumba brings new meaning to the idea of an invigorating workout. It Combines the South American Zumba rhythm and dance steps with a pool party. It offers a fun but challenging, water-based, body-toning workout.

Zumba Toning

A cardio workout aimed at sculpting and toning the body, Zumba Toning targets specific muscles groups, working the thighs, abs, and arms. The toning sticks add resistance to the highly acclaimed Zumba workout, pushing participants and their muscles to the limit.
